Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns will only be accepted if the items are unopened and unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If any items arrive damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product and the packaging list. Email the photos to CustomerService@McEvoyRanch.com. We will send replacements within 48 hours of receiving your photos.
